A man has appeared before magistrates charged with possessing indecent photographs of children.
Colin Jack Gaines, 45, of The Mansions, Lady Lane, Eldwick, Bingley, appeared before Bingley Magistrates Court yesterday.
He pleaded not guilty to four charges of possessing indecent photographs of children on video recordings but pleaded guilty to five charges of possessing "pseudo photographs" of children stored on a computer.
Gaines, a licensed conveyancer, was granted unconditional bail and will appear in Bingley Magistrates Court again next Wednesday, November 25.
