Paul Jewell comments: We were in control in the first half but if you don't stick chances away then you will be made to pay for it. That is what happened.
The most disappointing thing for us is that when we came under a little bit of pressure, they scored two goals in two minutes. Both goals were very disappointing from our point of view. We should have defended better.
Our performance was excellent in that first half. It is difficult to dominate games like we did in that first half for the full 90 minutes.
I am sure Huddersfield went in at half-time knowing that they could only do better in the second half.
They changed their system and put three up front. But, to be fair, the goals have come out of the blue.
After they scored they had a spring in their step and could have had more. But the fact is we should have had the game won by then.
However even though we were only 1-0 in front, we should still have defended better than we did.
Their keeper made great saves all afternoon but that is not an excuse. We should not have lost this game.
