Keighley youngster Naomi Todd is the new Rosebud of Great Britain.
She took the prestigious title in a competition at Oldham on Sunday.
Naomi, seven, the Keighley Gala rosebud, will hold the British crown for a year.
"We are all thrilled," says mum Diane, of Highfield Road. "I was in tears and so was my mum, but Naomi seemed to take it all in her stride!"
It was only the third competition that Naomi, a pupil at Guard House First School, had entered. In the previous two - both Court of Queens events - she gained a first and a runner-up spot.
Also in Sunday's contest, Keighley Gala Queen Serena Gunputh was second in the Carnival Queen of Great Britain category.
