St Annes Celtic continued their good form with a 4-1 win in the local derby clash with Keighley Athletic.

Although missing five players they stormed into a 4-0 half time lead through Dave Harmon, Ben McCormack and two from Joe Bryceland before Keighley rallied in the second half to pull one back from Steve Kiernan.

Rosse moved off the bottom of the table by beating Cricketers Arms, also with a 4-1 scoreline.

Although having most of the play Rosse only went in 2-0 up at half time. Although Cricketers pulled one back through John Moss, Rosse scored twice in the last 10 minutes to give the game a more realistic scoreline.

Rosse's goals came from Andy Trueman, Richard White and two from Rob Flemming.

In an even first half Ring o Bells went in at half time 2-1 up. Boltmakers equalised 10 minutes before half time only for Rings to go straight back up and score again. They continued in a one-sided second half, scoring four more times through Jon Atwell,and Chris Ainsworth who scored two each, other scorers were Paul Rushworth and Paul Grimshaw.

In a tight game at Silsden the home team took their chances against baildon New Inn to score a 4-0 victory.

Division One leaders Victoria Hotel failed to take all their chances, but still took a 5-1 win at JPL to clock up their seventh successive victory. After going into a 5-0 lead through Bob Morrisroe (2), Paul Mitchell (2) and Chris Fothergill, JPL managed to score a consolation goal 10 minutes from time.

Springfield stay in third place with a 3-0 win at home to Ring o Bells reserves with all the goals coming in the first half thanks to Rob Dunn (2) and Keith Holmes. Although Springfield had all the play in the second half they couldn't score any more.

Carters paid the price for having a goal disallowed in the first half at home to Bolton Villas. After holding Villas for 60 minutes they then conceded six in the last 30 minutes through a Nigel Long hat-trick, two from Darren Marshall and one from Darren Cash.

Broadford Plant were another team failing to take their chances at Ravenscliffe Celtic, although going in 2-0 at half time, they could have had a lot more. In the second half Celtic were a different team and came storming back to equalise before Danny Burke scored his second to add to Denis Ryan's first half effort to clinch the points for Plant.
