Paul Jewell comments: I am obviously bitterly disappointed with the performance. We have to give them credit because they came to frustrate us and they did that very well. I thought they were the better team in the first half.
But you just can't concede goals like we conceded against QPR and still win games. It was 'Keystone Cops' defending back there at times. We will get punished for ever more if we play like that again.
At half-time I thought that we could only improve after that and put some pressure on them. Unfortunately when they scored that changed the course of the game.
Having said that we put a bit of pressure on them after that. We could have scored but their keeper saved it, threw the ball out and, all of a sudden, we were 2-0 down.
It is defending that has cost us in this game. There will be games where people will come here to defend with nine men behind the ball but we have to be able to overcome that.
Instead of trying all out attack, they will sit back and try to hit us on the break. The first goal came from us failing to pick up the second ball. And for the second and third ones, you don't need me to tell you what went wrong.
We have to be stronger and more inventive. One thing that did disappoint me is that we tried to run with the ball too much instead of passing it.
Every decision we made was the wrong one.
