Two men aged 23 and 24 were due to appear before magistrates today charged with the murder of Pudsey auctioneer John Nutter.
And a 34-year-old Bradford man was also due to appear before Leeds magistrates charged with conspiracy to commit burglary at 68-year-old Mr Nutter's home in Woodhall Park Crescent West.
He died during a raid at his home on July 20 last year. His sister-in-law Mary Skilton, 56, with whom he lived, suffered severe bruising and head injuries in the raid.
Mr Nutter was an animal auctioneer and sold poultry in premises in Trafalgar Road, off Manningham Lane, Bradford.
