Chairman Geoffrey Richmond believes Bradford City's recent surge up the First Division is behind two players being linked with a move away from Valley Parade.
Sources in the Midlands have said a scout from Premiership side Coventry City has been watching defender Darren Moore in recent weeks.
The Sky Blues defender Jean-Guy Wallemme, who returned to France after failing to settle in England, and his departure leaves boss Gordon Strachan with little cover at the back.
And a report in the London Press last week claimed that big-spending Fulham had tabled a £400,000 bid for City striker Gordon Watson. However Richmond says City have not been contacted by either club.
He said: "As the profile of the club increases one is going to here more and more of our players being linked with other clubs. At this stage I can truly say we have not had any offers for any of our players."
Meanwhile, tickets for City's eagerly-anticipated promotion clash with Birmingham City on Sunday, January 31, have gone on sale. Season ticket holders have until 5pm on Wednesday, January 20 to take advantage of their priority booking period to secure their ticket.
The game is a crunch clash with the fourth-placed Bantams just one position behind Trevor Francis' Blues side and will be featured live on Sky Sports. Coach travel is also available from Valley Parade costing £10 (concessions £9).
Richmond is also urging supporters to buy their tickets in advance for the forthcoming home games against Crewe on Saturday and Crystal Palace the following Tuesday. The capacity of Valley Parade has been reduced since the start of last month since work began on re-building the Kop.
City's visit to Newcastle United for the reserve clash next week has been put back from Monday January 18 to Wednesday January 20. The kick-off time has also been changed to 2pm at Kingston Park because Newcastle Rugby Union Club have a home game that night.
The game had been billed as a sell out with all 5,000 tickets sold but City managing director Shaun Harvey says visiting supporters will be admitted.
