A policeman today appeared in Court charged with making threats to kill.
Francis Herbert Wright, 47, of Coles Way, Riddlesden, was charged with making threats to members of the West Yorkshire Police Occupational Health Unit at Keighley between January 13 and January 16.
He appeared before Bradford Magistrates and was remanded to appear at Bingley Magistrates Court on January 25.
An application for conditional bail was made jointly by his solicitor Damian Kelly and Christine Lee, prosecuting.
It was granted on condition that he co-operate with medical staff at Ward 4 of Airedale General Hospital.
A woman arrested following an incident at a house in Riddlesden yesterday has been released without charge.
