Asda bosses are set to face disgruntled residents who claim extended opening hours have turned their quiet streets into noisy thoroughfares.
Shipley store manager Peter Hartland will meet locals who signed a 117-name petition against the store's extended opening hours before Christmas, complaining of increased traffic on the residential streets around the Wellcroft store.
Senior management staff are due to attend Shipley Central Neighbourhood Forum on Thursday, where local residents will air their views.
Rows erupted when the store decided to open until midnight on two nights a week to cope with the rush of Christmas shopping.
A letter written to council officers on behalf of residents said: "We feel strongly that 12 o'clock midnight is excessive for a store in a residential area.
"For too long the retailer had dictated to us what, when, where and how the consumer should purchase his goods."
"Our once peaceful residential streets are now major thoroughfares of Shipley."
But Caroline Whitley, Asda customer services manager, who will also be at the meeting, said: "With being a town centre store there are some issues that do crop up with the local residents from time to time and we do listen to them.
"If there's any way that we can help we will try to do so.
"We are not just here to make money. The fact that we have now stopped opening until 12 o'clock shows that we do listen."
l Also due for consideration at the forum are traffic calming measures on Moorhead Lane, the proposed pedestrian crossings on Saltaire Road and Otley Road, and traffic concerns in Manor Lane.
Bradford council traffic engineer Joe Grint will be on hand to answer questions from the public.
The Forum will be held at Shipley Library, Well Croft, at 7.30pm on Thursday January 21.
