Althams Travel Services counter clerk Alison Sheriff has successfully completed a one-year training course on East Asia.
Alison, who has been at the firm's Keighley branch for the last two and a half years, was one of 825 candidates taking the East Asia Travel Association course nationally.
She was consistently in the top ten in her group and finished third highest, scoring 100 per cent in her final examination.
Althams Keighley branch manager Marcus Booth says: "Alison did very well on the course. Finishing third in her group was an excellent achievement."
Modules over the year included learning about destinations like Japan, Thailand, Korea, the Philipines and Macau, as well as air travel and ground arrangements.
Alison, who lives in Keighley, is interested in yoga, working out in the gym and world travel.
