A firm which started in a disused cellar with one contract is thriving a year down the line.
Design firm Pure was founded by Gary Dooley, 24 and Tim Illingworth, 30, in Mr Illingworth's cellar with a second-hand computer and a contract with leading dental suppliers Optident.
Now the firm's products can be seen throughout the world as they have developed contacts with companies who market goods across the globe.
The firm has just moved into new premises in Gain Lane, Bradford after starting in East Morton, and has a wide range of clients.
Work includes producing a magazine called Wicket Women to support the England and Wales Cricket Board's new national campaign to promote women's cricket, support documents for the West Yorkshire Metropolitan Ambulance Service NHS Trust and advertising for global engineering company Fabreeka, of Shipley.
The pair have invested cash from their contracts in state-of-the-art equipment which allows them to carry out graphic design, corporate communications, advertising, exhibitions, website design, copywriting, photography and promotional literature.
