Despite their handicap, Crag held out until the 75th minute when a cross from Darren Norman was headed home by Fields' striker Chris Arum, and within three minutes Arum struck again when he forced the ball home following another Norman cross.
Fields added a third through Norman after 83 minutes before James Hall netted an injury-time consolation for Crag.
