Bradford firms are being given a chance to bring in big new deals from across the Atlantic.
The Mid Yorkshire Chamber of Commerce has organised a major event to help firms find orders from the Caribbean and Central America.
The Showcase Seminar, to be held on Thursday, February 18, is jointly organised by the Chamber and Department of Trade and Industry.
It will be chaired by Michael Mowlam, DTI director of Trade Promotion for The Americas, with TV broadcaster Paul Burdon delivering the keynote address to delegates.
The full-day seminar includes morning presentations by key speakers with expert knowledge of each area and current trading experience. The afternoon includes practical workshops targeting business opportunities in specific areas.
The trade potential in the Spanish speaking countries will be outlined by Dick Thomson, former British Ambassador for the Dominican Republic.
During the event, to be held at the new Radisson SAS Hotel in the Manchester Airport complex, delegates will be given a chance to ask questions and talk to experts informally.
