Long Lee Under-12's B lost by the odd goal in three at home to Cowling as both teams struggled against a strong wind. Cowling took the lead in the second half before man of the match Thomas Abberton equalised for the home side, only for Cowling to snatch a late winner.
Long Lee Under-10 B finally got back to winning ways with a 3-1 win over Oakworth. A hat-trick from man of the match Warren Ledgard was backed up by superb performances from Alec Pugh. Luke Pearson, Matthew Steele and Richard McGuinn.
Long Lee Under-9's A took on Salts A and failed to come to terms with gale force conditions, going behind in the first half. Second half pressure eventually paid off when Matthew Wilson fired in a 30-yarder to give them a share of the spoils. Callum Whittaker was man of the match.
Long Lee Under-9's B team were again unlucky to lose 5-4 to Salts. They put on a spectacular performance with goals from Richard Nolan, Hannah Ellis, Thomas Barlow and Ashley Paine. Man of the match was Hannah Ellis.
Long Lee Under-10's C drew 2-2 with Bradford Park Avenue. Luke Carter scored both goals in terrible conditions.
Eastburn Under-9's beat Oakworth 5-0 with goals from Scott Newton (2), Faren Reynard (2) and Andrew Shackleton. Kyle Armstong was again solid at the back.
Eastburn Under-7's turned in a much improved performance in their 4-0 defeat by Gormersal.
Haworth Juniors Under-12's lost to Eccleshill 4-3 in the league cup, both teams played very well with a good team effort from the Haworth side. Goal scorers were man of the match Sam Coates, Patrick Roche and a superb shot from Alistair Beer.
Chris White sent Oakworth on the way to a 2-1 victory over Tyersal in their first game of the New Year. James Martin saved a penalty before Tyersal equalised. In the dying moments Oakworth broke with pace and Joe Lee scored the winner.
Silsden Under-12's beat Guiseley Gremlins B 5-3 after a second half fight back. Richard Starmer scored their only goal of the first half, but they dominated the second period with goals from man of the match Starmer, Alex Delmege and James French (2).
Silsden Under-11's broke Skipton Town with a splendid second half display. The teams were level 1-1 at the break, but Silsden soon began to dominate and the goals came thick and fast from Daniel McNulty (2), Gavin Shearer (3), Chris Page and man of the match Chris Sutcliffe who was well supported by James Holden and Alan Brewer.
Silsden Under-11's beat Long Lee 3-0 in the Norman Bairstow League thanks to Ben McClennan, Nick McAnally and Chris Metcalfe. Scott Havers and Nick McAnally were on top form.
Oakworth Under-9's A beat Silsden 3-2 with a late winner. Goals from Stevie Roberts and Andrew McNulty kept Silsden in the game and Aiden Mzejko was man of the match.
Silsden Under-9's B went down to a heavy 5-2 defeat at the hands of Oakworth. Silsden goals came from Ben Franks and Richard Golson who also took the man of the match award. Liam Anderton and Ryan Kidney also earned praise.
Silsden Under-10's A drew 2-2 in a friendly fixture with Barrowford Celtic. Scorers were Xander Pietrovito and Andrew North.
Silsden Under-10's B lost 4-2 to Barrowford Celtic with man of the match Scott Greenwood and Jordan Harrison on target for Silsden.
A tremendous team performance saw Silsden Under-8's A to a 5-0 victory over Wilsden. JonJo Berry kept up his impressive scoring record with four more and the other strike came from man of the match Lee Thompson. Midfielder Chris Cummings also showed a touch of class.
A strong Nab Wood team beat Silsden Under-8's B with a fourth goal in the closing minutes of the game. Danny Whittaker scored both Silsden's goals and they looked on course for an equaliser until Nab Wood stretched out a two goal lead. Robert Windle was outstanding for Silsden.
Silsden Under-7's A came out on top in their local derby clash with Oakworth, winning 2-1 thanks to goals from John Golson and Ben Stead. Ryan Beeley was man of the match.
Silsden Under-7's B shared the points with Oakworth in a 1-1 draw. Callum Lowe scored for Silsden with Elliott Shepherd man of the match.
