ROBERT FLEMMING rescued Rosse with a later Cookson Cup winner after JPL led three times.

Goals from Neil Shann, Leighton Shackleton (2) put JPL in with a chance, but Steve Burows, John Walker and Fraser Miller equalised before Flemming's winner.

In the only Premier division game Keighley Athletic drew 5-5 with Cricketers Arms.

Keighley came from behind to lead 3-2 at the break. Cricketers equalised again before Keighley went 5-3 up with goals from Colin Buckley, Paul Godwin, Neil Kildunne and Dave Brown(2). Cricketers scored twice in the last five minutes to snatch a draw.

Royal took a 9-2 victory against Silsden Bridge Inn, but not before the Cobbydale side had twice drawn level. Royal's goals came from Sam Lunn (2), Marcus Dean (2), Jeff Hawkes (2) Richard Holmes, Jonjo Currie and Ronnie Cartwright.

Silsden progressed to the semi-finals of the Keighley Cup with a 4-2 win over Albert Hotel. Scorers were Steve Carling, Dave Middleton and Mick Ward (2).
