Non-League: Bradford Park Avenue added to struggling Farsley Celtic's woes by taking all three points in their UniBond Division One derby at Throstle Nest with a 2-0 win.
Avenue stormed into a two-goal lead in just over half an hour, and the match would have lived up to its billing if Celtic had managed to pull one back in a spirited 15-minute spell at the start of the second period.
But instead their challenge petered out and their run without a win stretched to eight games, while Ave-nue celebrated their second victory in three days. In taking six points, they scored seven without reply.
The first goal came in the 18th minute, a good move releasing Jason Maxwell who sprinted through the inside-right channel before netting a well-placed shot.
Nick Hey, whose double in the 5-0 win over Witton Albion on Saturday made him the club's leading scorer, was not to be outdone and added the second after a similar move in the 32nd minute.
Guiseley ensured a maximum six points from their Easter fixtures when they followed Saturday's home victory over Bishop Auckland with a 1-0 win at Emley, despite playing most of the second half with ten men.
Striker Julian Wilkes was dismissed for a second bookable offence ten minutes after the interval, but Guiseley defended well to restrict the home side's goal chances.
Keeper Steve Dickinson got down smartly to an effort from Paul David, while the visitors' ten men created far more problems for Emley's keeper.
Guiseley netted the winner just after the hour. Colin Hunter cut in from the right flank, but his shot cannoned back off the post. Benn Gallagher's shot from the rebound was blocked, but Michael Jordan ran the loose ball in from close range.
They almost added to their lead in the 67th minute when another effort from Jordan, who came on for Mick Morrell during the interval, was tipped over, and later when a fierce drive from Hunter was well saved by Andy Rhodes.
Eccleshill United followed Satur-day's win over Northern Counties East Premier Division title challengers Brigg Town by earning a point at North'Ferriby United in a 1-1 draw that dents the Hull side's promotion hopes.
Dave Elvidge gave United a 37th- minute lead, but they were pegged back when Darren Phillips levelled three minutes into the second half.
In the same division, Liversedge stumbled to a surprise 2-1 defeat at Selby Town.
Sedge's James Glover cancelled out Chris Collier's 27th-minute opener on the stroke of half-time, but Andy Cygan netted the home side's winner in the 65th minute.
