Watermill Press Ltd, the label printing firm founded by Keighley businesswoman Sandra Carr, has created two new senior management posts to underpin the continuing growth of the company.
Formed in 1994 and producing a wide range of self-adhesive labels, the company has seen sales rapidly increase to over £1 million a year.
Tony Lees, an experienced print professional, joins Watermill as production manager, and Mark Ogden, formerly of Holmes Chadwick Accountants, joins as financial accountant.
Sandra says: "The challenge is to manage our continuing transition from small business to market leader, while maintaining the levels of response which our customers expect."
"The development of a dynamic and talented management team to assist the directors is essential to our continued success. We hope our new management signings will help us to emulate the recent footballing success in Bradford and to break into the premier league of labelling suppliers."
