Two entertainers are on the crest of a wave.
The pair - Mark Allen, 27, from Silsden, and Lesley Carol, 26, from Cross Roads - will spend eight months working on a luxury Medit-erranean cruise liner. They are among 17 artists chosen from hundreds of hopefuls at auditions in London and Leeds.
Following three weeks of rehearsals with the Keighley-based Daley Partnership, the group jetted out to Tenerife on Sunday. The entertainers have joined the MV Bolero for further rehearsals before the liner makes its inaugural cruise from Majorca on Saturday, April 24.
to visit spectacular locations in France, Italy and Spain.
Mollie Daley, who heads the partnership with daughter Susannah, says: "Over 500 hopefuls applied for the chance to go on this First Choice cruise. We had the difficult task of selecting a final team of just seventeen."
