Bradford construction group Totty is celebrating winning its 35th deal with leisure group Whitbread bringing the total contract figure to £40 million.
The latest contract is the rebuilding of the Beefeater Restaurant at Hockley Heath in Solihull, destroyed by fire last August.
The contracts are the result of a partnering agreement with Whitbread which owns Travel Inn, Brewers Fayre, Hogshead pubs and TGI Fridays.
Totty, which was founded in 1864, is now one of the biggest contractors in the north with a turnover of £70 million.
The firm's other top clients are BUPA, the Home Office and a number of universities and colleges.
