Saltaire residents will be turning on the style next week when television cameras descend on the historic village.
It has been chosen to feature on a new lifestyle programme called Style Street that aims to bring a snapshot of the lives of villagers and workers in Saltaire to the small screen.
The show, hosted by astrologer Russell Grant, will have experts from the worlds of cookery, fashion, DIY and travel, joining locals to give advice and talk about their lives and interests.
Among the experts arriving in Saltaire will be fashion editor Nicole Thompson, who will be visiting local textile mills, and top London party organiser Sally Phillips who will prepare a Victorian themed street party on Friday, May 7.
Show producers are also hoping to visit the famous David Hockney exhibition in Salts Mill and hold an auction to help pay for replicas of Saltaire's original street signs. One resident will also have a Tapas dinner party prepared for them by cooking expert Annie Stirk.
The cooking theme will be continued by one of Saltaire's characters who will be revealing his secret double life on the show.
During the week, head chef Tony Jowett, 41, serves up tasty dishes to customers at the Boathouse Inn, on Victoria Road, but at the weekend he digs out his platform shoes and flares to become a top 70s DJ called the Shadow on Manchester radio station Silk FM.
Tony, who was recently nominated for a Sony radio award for his show Super Bad, will be cooking up a storm and talking about his life as a DJ.
He said: "Cooking is all about performance. You are performing every time you make a meal - so being on the radio or in the theatre is just taking it one stage forward.
"We are all actors performing for the paying customer."
Style Street will be filming in the village all week and will be screened from Monday, June 7 on UK Style.
