Sunday Alliance: East Bowling Unity need only four points from their final three matches to clinch the Premier Division title after sharing 0-0 draw with second placed Bolton Woods.
Unity have the same points and a much better goal difference than Woods who have finished their matches.
Present champions Oakenshaw are the only team who can pip them. They followed their midweek win over Queensbury with a 4-2 victory over Victoria Rangers.
Oakenshaw currently stand two points behind Unity with two matches to play and need one win to at least guarantee the runners-up spot.
Queensbury rounded off their season with a 3-0 win over relegated Fairweather Green.
Albion Sports, who meet Bolton Woods in the Bradford District Sunday Cup final at Horsfall Stadium tonight (7.30pm), beat Ventus United 5-2 with four goals from Taj Singh.
Stanley Road are back in the Premier after a 7-2 win at Peel Park Rangers in their final Division One game.
Westwood manager Dave Ward is celebrating a second successive promotion after his side upset Eccleshill United's great run with a 3-2 win in Division 1A. There were two goals from Paul Taylor and a special from boss Ward.
United must now wait to see if title favourites Thornton slip up in their two final games.
Thornton already have one honour in the bag after beating Clayton Orient 2-1 in extra time in the Intermediate Cup final.
Clayton went ahead with a 35th minute own goal but Andy Shanks levelled after 84 minutes to send the game into extra time.
With penalties imminent, Darren Holmes hit the winner two minutes from the end.
Junction United defeated Royal Clayton 5-1 in their final match of the season but they fell just a couple of goals short of winning the Division 2B title.
They were pipped by Quarry Gap who took the crown on goal difference despite being defeated 4-1 by Waggoners. Jason Hirst hit two with Andy Thornton and Brian Pedder were also on target.
Junction's match was certainly eventful. They went 1-0 down and saw their rivals miss two penalties before winning with goals by Mick Diamond (2), Carl Trenerry, Andy Wilson and Riaz Khan.
Dudley Hill Rangers had to settle for third place in Division 2A.
They needed to win by 6-0 or better against Bolton to take second place from them. Unfortunately for them they could only manage a 3-1 success through goals by Tony Everson, Chris Trudgill and Barry Ryan.
Alexandra finished their Division 3A season in fine style with a 14-2 win at Royal Oak Reserves. The victory saw them clinch fifth place which was a remarkable achievement as they were bottom at Christmas.
Stuart Copley and Lee Welsh scored hat-tricks, Ian Thompson and Gavin Greaves netted two each and the rest came from Paul Bedford, Simon Brown, Terry McGill and Chris Harrison.
Veteran Stefan Garside starred in Wibsey Reserves 8-2 win against Manningham. Sean Regan (3), James Tordoff (2), Steve Tillotson (2) and Lindsey Anderson were the scorers.
Wyke Wanderers ended an unbeaten Division 4A season by thumping 13 past White Swan, Mark Smith got five, Craig Sheridan (3), Jim Taylor (2) and Gareth Harrison, Stuart Helps and Lee Pearson all scored once.
