Dancer, fashion model and actress Shelagh Brayshaw has launched a new career.
She has taken over the local franchise of classes for health and fitness guru Rosemary Conley, whose diet and fitness plan has re-shaped the lives of millions of women.
Shelagh now runs the Rose-mary Conley Diet and Fitness club classes in Keighley, Bradford, Bingley, Halifax and Huddersfield with plans to introduce further classes in the area in the near future.
Shelagh, 36, who grew up in Steeton and now lives in Denholme, had her first taste of the bright lights as a 16-year-old when she signed on for two years as a Bluebell Girl at the world-famous Lido in Paris.
She later danced throughout Europe, became a photographic and fashion model, acted in TV commercials and launched her own Body Motion Dancing School in Keighley. In 1992, she moved into choreography and has organised fashion shows throughout the country, as well as being involved in the corporate entertainment field.
