Bradford City have suspended season ticket sales for four days because of a big demand after they secured Premiership at the weekend.
City have sold well over 9,000 season tickets and managing director Shaun Harvey said: "We have introduced an appointment system following a huge demand on the ticket office yesterday.
"Hundreds of people queued - some for more than five hours - and all those who were in the queue have been given a voucher and allocated a time to come and get their ticket on Friday or Saturday.
"No season tickets will be sold before Friday, and then only to voucher holders."
"We hope everyone understands our position and further details will be released on Saturday about the availability of season tickets."
Meanwhile, City players are celebrating promotion by going on an end-of-season holiday in Spain, starting on Friday.
Harvey said: "It is a well deserved holiday for the players. It will be good for them after all the exertions of recent weeks
"The exertions have been not only on the field, but in attending all the functions - rightly to thank their supporters.
"It is a chance to be away together before going on their own family holidays and getting their batteries re-charged for what will be a demanding season."
City Reserves wound up their season with a 2-1 defeat at Notts County yesterday. Scorer was 18-year-old striker Gareth Grant.
With all the senior players involved in the promotion decider at Wolves, City fielded a young side. They have finished fourth-from-bottom of the Pontin's League Second Division.
