Two Keighley men have been arrested in connection with the death of an 18-year-old Steeton youth.
One man was still being questioned by police today about the death of Stuart Lister. The other man was released last night on police bail pending further inquiries.
Keighley Police arrested the men yesterday and said it was the result of information received following a press conference last week.
A police spokesman said: "Two Keighley men have been arrested in connection with the incident and are being questioned. We can say no more at this stage"
Stuart, of Thornhill Road, Steeton, lost his fight for life four days after being found in Keighley Road, Steeton, in the early hours of Saturday, May 1. He was last seen leaving Oscar's nightclub in Keighley and was found lying in the road by a taxi driver in Steeton three miles away a short time later at 1.31am.
He died in Leeds General Infirmary where he had been on a life support machine.
A £2,000 reward was offered last week by Stuart's employers Abbey Stone for information leading to a prosecution.
Police are treating his death as suspicious and believe his injuries were caused by a fall from a moving vehicle rather than being hit by a car.
An inquest was opened into the teenager's death yesterday. Coroner Roger Whittaker adjourned the inquest for further inquiries.
