Jobs are being lost at Sainsbury stores nationwide as part of a restructuring programme.
Up to four positions could go at each of the 400 supermarkets including the outlet at Cavendish Street, Keighley.
A company spokesman told the Keighley News: "We are reviewing the way we operate in our stores to enable managers to focus on the shopfloor. This is in response to public demand for an improvement in services.
"We are currently consulting with staff and management. Some positions will be displaced, but we are looking at retraining and redeployment rather than redundancies."
"I cannot comment on specific roles."
Sainsbury's has 400 stores throughout the UK.
