Tough tackling Bernard Dwyer is pencilled in for a Bulls return after missing the last six games following knee surgery.
Dywer had the operation after being carried off during the Super League win at Warrington on April 18.
But he is now ready for action and is expected to be given a run-out with the Alliance team against Sheffield at Odsal on Thursday night (7.30).
If he comes through that coach Matthew Elliott may plump for the former Great Britain tourist's experience for Saturday's visit to the Eagles which is being staged at Chesterfield soccer club's Saltergate ground due to a rock concert at the Don Valley.
The home of the Spireites has a capacity of 8,800 but the game is not all-ticket, although advance tickets will are available from Odsal with details being released later today.
Meanwhile the Bulls are still waiting for news on Aussie signing Phil Howlett's work permit application. The club do not expect any difficulties as the former Parramatta and South Sydney three-quarter has plenty of experience at the top level Down Under.
