Bradford Bulls have continued their junior recruitment with the capture of 16-year-old centre Andy Smith from the Wakefield area.
Smith, who is 6ft 1in and 131/2 stone, has been snapped up from the Snydale Scorpions amateur club and will join the Bulls as a Super League trainee in May. He has represented both Wakefield and Yorkshire Schools.
Chief Scout Eric Hawley said: "Andy is big and fast and the ideal build for modern rugby league."
A number of clubs were chasing Smith who will team up with former Snydale team mate Paul Smith (no relation), a prop, who moved to Odsal in November.
