Paul Jewell has warned his Bradford City side to be on their guard when facing a potential "banana skin" at Second Division Gillingham tonight.
The Bantams' travel to the Priestfield Stadium with the incentive of a home fifth round tie against either Sheffield Wednesday or Wolves if they can dispose of the Gills.
The Kent side edged past Walsall 2-1 in their delayed third round replay at the weekend and are eighth in Division Two with 42 points from 23 games.
However Jewell knows tonight's tie will be a tough affair and that his side cannot afford to under-estimate their Nationwide League opponents.
He said: "It will be a difficult game for us because it is not an easy ground to go to. It is the sort of game that the FA Cup is all about but it is a game we can certainly win.
"Like we had at Crewe, it is a game where we are in the unusual position of not being the underdogs. That is not the case when we play in the Premier League.
"However despite us possibly being favourites, this is a game where we will definitely have to earn the right to play football.
"We will certainly be in trouble if we under-estimate Gillingham. It is a potential banana skin and we have to work hard to ensure we don't slip up."
Jewell has just one injury doubt ahead of the game with left back Andy Myers picking up a groin strain in the 1-1 draw with Chelsea at the weekend.
However Lee Sharpe has recovered from the flu which eventually ruled him out of the clash with the Blues and he travelled yesterday with the rest of the City squad.
David Wetherall will definitely be missing though as he serves a one-match ban after being booked five times this season, so Ashley Westwood looks set to make only his second start of the season.
The City boss was heartened by his side's display against a Chelsea team which was packed full of international players and big money signings.
He said: "After the dust has settled on a game, it always helps to look back and we can take a lot of things out of the game.
"A look through their side shows what quality they have and, more importantly, the money they have spent. But we worked very, very hard and earned a point as a result.
"I know they had a lot of shots on goal but I felt the saves made by Ed De Goey were a lot more special than those Matt Clarke had to make.
"We can certainly take a lot of heart out of the way we played against one of the best sides in the world. We need to take that into the FA Cup match."
