Silsden LADIES continued their superb run with a 5-1 victory over Parkside Raiders with Claire Hodgson slotting home the opening goal.
Woman of the match Edna Smith supplied the cross which gave Hodgson a simple chance and 10 minutes later Smith was on hand again to draw the keeper and supply another neat pass. This time Hodgson lobbed the keeper for her second goal.
Smith herself made it 3-0 before half time and in the second period Silsden allowed Parkside back into the game with their only goal. Twenty minutes later Silsden made the game safe when Celine Donohoe scored and her sister Shelley Donohoe added the fifth.
Silsden are hoping for a repeat performance this week when they return to Parkside for their County Cup match.
