Sickness levels among staff at Cottingley's Stoney Ridge hospital are now back to normal after many workers were hit by the flu bug.
Only one member of staff at Stoney Ridge Hospital has escaped being struck down by flu since the start of the year.
But in a report to Bradford Community Health NHS Trust board, staff have been praised for their efforts in coping through their illness.
Director of quality at Bradford Community Health Trust Kevin Mitchell said: "There was some difficulty after New Year, but things have picked up again now.
"The required compliment of staff has been maintained throughout, by people coming in on days off. We also have a large pool of nursing staff to call on, so the situation never got out of control.
"The situation is now back to normal again."
Five staff work at the hospital during the day-time, three in the evening and two at night.
