Volunteers are being sought by the Barnardos shop in Guiseley to support the charity's work with children, young people and their families throughout the region.
People are needed to man the shop and the office of the Otley Road-based charity shop. Shop manager Brenda Taylor said: "We urgently need people to come forward.
"Not only will they be helping local children and their families, they will also be learning new skills from the training they will receive from us."
The shop helps raise the £8.5 million needed each year to support and offer services to more than 5,000 disadvantaged homeless or disabled children in the region. Anyone with a couple of hours a week to spare is asked to call Mrs Taylor on (01943) 870006.
