DOUGIE LAMPKIN was the king of Koblenz on Saturday when he won his second indoor trial in seven days.

The Silsden rider proved that his move from Beta to the Radson-Montesa stable had not affected his ability to dominate the world of trials riding after pushing Spaniard Amos Bilbao and fellow Brit Steve Colley to the lower steps of the German podium.

They both finished the competition with eight penalty points, but the deciding obstacle was a 1.5 metre step which foiled Bilbao and was cleared by Dougie in effortless style.
