Pupils at Nab Wood Grammar School are being blamed by a Bradford bus company for causing damage to a bus.
First Bradford claim that around 70 pupils from the Bingley school were on the A53 service travelling from the school along Bingley Road, Nab Wood, between 2.35pm and 3.10pm on Monday.
Three upper saloon seat fronts were bent and a hand rail had been pulled out during the incident.
Brandon Jones, marketing officer for First Bradford, said: "There were only pupils from Nab Wood School on the bus at the time as it was a school service. We are working with the school concerned and the police to investigate."
The damage was reported to the driver by pupils from Belle Vue Upper School who got on the bus after the Nab Wood students. The driver then reported it to the inspector on duty.
Headteacher at Nab Wood Grammar School Helen Lynch said: "We will naturally work with the bus company and the police to identify the culprits."
