Keighley & District Travel refuses to reveal the outcome of a disciplinary inquiry. Last week a driver left mother Amanda Crowther standing, but drove off with two children who were in her care.
A spokesman said the driver, on a Keighley to Riddlesden route, was the subject of a disciplinary inquiry. Stuart Wilde, managing director of K & DT says: "We won't reveal what's happened because of complications with the employment law."
A spokesman for the company adds: "It is not in the public's interest." Changes to seating capacity and drivers working the route have been in place for a week.
