Albion Sports travel to Luton tomorrow for a fourth round FA Sunday Cup replay.
Slackness at free kicks cost Albion dear in the first encounter with FC Houghton Centre after Albion had twice gone in front.
That is a point manager Kulwinder Singh will be making to his players in his pre-match talk.
An injury delayed the introduction of their star player Amjad Iqbal last week but he did come on from the bench to put Albion in front in injury time. He may well be in from the start tomorrow.
If Albion get through they are away in the quarter-final to Birmingham team Edwards Celtic.
Bolton Woods were unlucky to go out of that competition to Luton side St Josephs, one of the best Sunday sides in England.
But Woods should progress in the County Cup against Lindley WMC. The Bradford team have two appearances in the final in the last three seasons.
Old rivals East Bowling Unity and Oakenshaw clash in the quarter-final of the League Cup.
In the many games between the teams Unity have generally held the upper hand in league matches with Oakenshaw boasting a better cup record.
While Oakenshaw are still involved in three cups and bid to reach their second semi-final, the competition is Unity's only cup involvement and they enter the game with defeats in their last three games.
Oakenshaw will be looking to former City striker Craig Lawford, a hat-trick hero last week in the County Cup.
Though the Division 4A promotion spots appear settled for Heaton and Lithuanian Rovers firmly in the driving seat, holding down third place in the division are Bradford Moor Sports.
Sports are a young side of 17 and 18 year olds with the added experience of keeper Jamie Murray and midfielder Darren Nero.
Much credit can go 17-year-old James Bicknall, the youngest manager in the league. Moor are at home to midtable Stanley Road Reserves, another very young side, tomorrow.
