Shareholders in growing Bradford firm StartIT.com were being asked today whether they want to go ahead with plans to set up a division in Hong Kong.
The Extraordinary General Meeting was expected to confirm the proposals which involve raising £9.53 million with a shares issue to set up the subsidiary.
