Caring bosses of a Keighley restaurant are staging another charity night extravaganza.
Shimla Spice in South Street last year raised a staggering £2,800 with two charity evenings.
Proceeds went to the Bangladesh Flood Appeal and to the Lord Mayor's Appeal, for the special-care baby units at Airedale Hospital and Bradford Royal Infirmary.
Now the restaurant is gearing up for a third charity money-spinner - on March 13 - from which proceeds will boost the fight against cancer.
Every penny spent at the restaurant that evening - including cash from takeaways and deliveries - will be donated to the cause. Money will go to Airedale Cancer Support Group and to the Imran Khan cancer hospital in Pakistan.
Basharat Hussain, a partner at the restaurant with his two brothers, told us: "Last year's charity nights were a great success and now we plan to hold them annually.
"All takings from the evening will help the cancer charities. We would urge the public to give its support and help make the evening a success."
To book a table for that evening (6pm-12.15am) phone the restaurant on 01535 602040.
