The chairman of Keighley's Victim Support service has vowed that work will not be affected by the closure of the Bradford office.
Pat White says despite the fact that the caseload of the North Street office has drastically increased following the closing of the Bradford Victim Support, clients will not suffer.
She said: "It does increase the work load but the national office has given us extra funding and extra hours."
Mrs White explained she has taken on a new member of staff, has increased everyone including her own hours and changed one part-time post to a full-time one to deal with the extra cases.
The Bradford office closed after it failed to implement directives from an inspection by the National Association of Victim Support Schemes.
