Heckmondwike group 600 Group, which sells engineering equipment around the world, is to unveil new products and show off its new look at an open event today.
As part of the rebranding, a new logo has been produced for the group which maintains the identity of each individual company, while at the same time stressing the fact that they all belong to the 600 Group.
The unveiling of the new logo and rebranding of comes in the lead-up to MACH 2000 in April where several new machines, including the new Harrison Delta lathe, new Colchester lathe and the 3kW Lazerblade will all be given world debuts.
Tony Sweeten, group chief executive, said: "We have real long-term ambitions and the rebranding is just the latest in a series of developments which will enable us to achieve these ambitions.
"Our machine tool business has grown in recent years with new products.
"We are always looking towards further growth when the opportunity arises. For instance, in the last 12 months we have made acquisitions in France, Germany and America."
