Second Division Baildon came from behind to win through to the Grattan League Cup semi-finals after beating First Division East Bowling 2-1.
Neither side had a serious shot on goal in the first half-hour, but Mammood broke the deadlock for Bowling. He intercepted the ball on the half-way line and raced through the Baildon defence before rounding the keeper to score.
The setback roused Baildon, but a mixture of good goalkeeping and missed chances meant they still trailed Bowling at half time.
It was all Baildon for the first 20 minutes of the second half and they were rewarded with an equaliser when Lee Ashforth broke through.
The Bowling players waited for a whistle that was never blown and Ashforth continued on his run to level the scores with a shot that went under the diving goalkeeper.
Baildon then began to play the kind of football that has seen go to the top of the Second Division. But Bowling also turned on the style and they were unlucky when the referee disallowed a goal after what appeared to be a debatable offside decision.
The turning point came with a shrewd substitution by Baildon when they introduced Lewis Walsh into the game and he scored the winning goal.
Ashforth put over a perfect cross for Walsh to head the winner.
Baildon now have to wait to find out who they play in the semi-final, Woodend or Bierley United.
In the other quarter final, Second Division Eccleshill SSC came back from 2-0 down against Premier Division U Save DIY to draw 2-2 and earn a replay.
U Save took their 2-0 lead with two brilliantly executed free kicks from Lars Neal. The first one from 30 yards out ended in the top corner and 15 minutes later another one from a slightly greater distance had the same outcome.
Underdogs Eccleshill fought back, but found it difficult to get into their stride and U Save continued to dominate the game for the first 20 minutes of the second half. But Eccleshill pulled a goal back 20 minutes from the end when Dave O'Nal scored his 20th goal of the season with an excellent volley.
Eccleshill penned U Save in their own half as they searched for an equaliser, but there was controversy about the goal when it came.
O'Nal claimed his second goal of the match, but there was a dispute as to whether the ball had crossed the line. Fortunately for Eccleshill the referee said it did and they ought to have won the game when John Kilkenny found himself one-on-one with the goalkeeper who did a fine job to foil him. The replay will take place on Saturday.
Robert Harrison scored a hat-trick as Bierley United beat Mail Coach B 5-1 in a quarter final replay.
Harrison gave Bierley the lead after 20 minutes, but Mail Coach were level within five minutes. Harrison restored Bierley's lead from the penalty spot to make the score 2-1 at half time.
Bierley played against the wind in the second half, but were too strong for Mail Coach.
Striker Mark Warren pulled all the strings and, although he did not manage to score, he set up most of the goals.
Luke Williams scored twice in the second half before Harrison completed his hat-trick with Bierley's fifth goal.
Bierley meet Woodend in the other quarter-final.
