Silsden Ladies came up against a strong Huddersfield town side and secured a 2-2 draw with all the goals coming in the second half.
Silsden took the lead when woman of the match Shelley Donohoe scored after 10 minutes. Town fought back and were rewarded with an equaliser with 20 minutes to go. The Cobbydale team pulled back ahead straight from the kick off thanks to Edna Smith's goal.
With just five minutes remaining Huddersfield pressed once more and made it 2-2.
The previous week they beat Barnsley reserves 5-2 with Smith scoring the opening two goals. Shelley Donohoe made it 3-0 but Barnsley pulled one back just before the break and added a second after the re-start. Donohoe got the fourth and Claire Hodgson killed off any hopes of a Barnsley fight back with the fifth.
On Sunday Silsden play Thorpe United in the County Cup (Keighley Road, ko 2pm).
