SISTERSAnna and Freya Jagan have been sellected to represent Great Britain in the World Schools' Orienteering Championships in Isreal.
Their selection follows excellent ressults at the British Schools' Championships which were held near Watford. Over 1,00 schoolchildren took part in the event.
The girls fly out o Israel on April 12 where they will have time to get used to the unusual terrain, including cacti and high temperatures, before competing in two individual events and a relay.
"We are really looking forward to orienteering in such an usual place and taking part in such a highlevel of competition," Anna said.
They have just returned from a successful trip to Belgium where they were competing as part of the English team against France, belgium, Holland and Germany. Anna won her race and Freya was second in her event.
