Feedback on a day care centre threatened with closure, and the future of services for senior citizens in Menston will be discussed at a special meeting.
Residents will have the chance to consult representatives from Bradford Social Services about the fate of popular Heather Court and the future provision of day care.
Alison O'Sullivan, assistant director of Bradford Social Services, will provide information and field questions from residents who say the centre is an important lifeline for the elderly.
David Calverley, chairman of Menston Community Forum, said: "We are hoping this will be the first part of a consultation procedure to see whether Social Services are providing adequate facilities for people in Menston.
"There is great concern in the village that Heather Court could be closed down, mainly among older people, who are the responsibility of the Primary Care Group and Social Services.
"They find themselves in a split position, with Primary Care being part of Leeds and social services being provided by Bradford.
"At the moment there seems to be no consultation between the two to see if people's requirements are being properly looked after."
The meeting will take place on Wednesday, March 15 at Menston Primary School (Infants), St Peters Way, at 7.30pm.
