Stanbury Rangers 6 Albert Hotel 1 - Simon Waddington opened the scoring for Stanbury after the teams cancelled each other out for the first 15 minutes.

The home side took increasing control with further goals from David Bainbridge, and a second from Waddington to secure a 3-0 lead at the break. Albert did not help their cause when they had two players sent off for dissent in the second half and also conceded three further goals with Bainbridge completing his hat-trick and Mick Thompson also hitting the net. Neil Rawlins scored Albert's only goal.

Granby Phoenix 2

Craven Athletic 8

Four penalties were awarded in the game, but it was far from a dirty match.

The home team had only 10 men and conceded six goals in the first half with just a single effort in reply. The Phoenix manager reorganised his defence for the second period and they put up a much better performance with Athletic only able to add two more goals.

Silsden Athletic 1

Keighley Victoria 5

Silsden Athletic held their own with a solid first half performance against Victoria and were just 2-1 down at the break. In the second half championship contenders Keighley Victoria took the game by the scruff of the neck, but it was only in the final 10 minutes that they scored the final two goals which made certain of the points.

Victoria's goals came from a John Hudson hat-trick and solo goals from Steve Smith and Tom Polish.

Ferrands Arms 2

Brown Cow (Bingley) 1

Ferrands got back to winning ways as they attempt to catch up with Keighley Victoria at the top of the table. They scored the only goal of the first half and there was little between the teams in the second period when they both found the net. Ferrands scorers were Justin George and Ben Dunne.

Raiseprint/Star 2

Cavendish 5

Cavendish did not take control of the game until the second half, despite a narrow interval lead. Raiseprint scored a first half goal to keep in touch with Cavendish who had a 2-1 lead. In the second half Cavendish piled on the pressure, finding the net three times while Raiseprint could only reply with one goal.

Bridge Inn 0

Bocking 11

Full credit must go to the young Bridge team who have only won one match all season. Their never-say-die attitude has impressed everyone, and again they refused to throw the towel in despite a heavy defeat.
