Sunday Alliance: Post Office are within a point of the Division 3A title after their 2-0 win at Eccleshill Sports.

The home side were one of the teams who could catch Post Office but goals from Paul Gibbon and Kamran Ali put paid to their hopes.

Farmers have a genuine chance of promotion and they came back from 3-1 down to beat Ring O'Bells Shipley 5-3. Goals from Sean Byrne (2), Damian Benjamin, Chris Givens and Gary Leyland were decisive.

Hare & Hounds 2000 are another side going well. Chris Harrison found the net five times in their 6-2 home win against Crofts with Lee Clegg getting the other.

Division 2A favourites Albion Sports Reserves defeated Ring O'Bells 4-0 to maintain their challenge. Inderjit Singh got two while Tarsun Singh and Davinder Singh got one each.

Calverley Victoria Reserves kept the pressure on at the top although they were being held 2-2 at the break by Malt Kiln.

The second half was a formality as Calverley hit another seven without reply.

Rob Cayghill and Andrew Sainter scored three each and Scott Cosgrove, Andy Todd and Richard Brame got the others.

Darren White scored four times to help Queensbury Reserves to a 7-4 win at Windhill Celtic. Steve Mason, Paul Armour and Steve Cansfield also found the net.

Royal Clayton are close to securing the runners-up spot in Division 2B. Mike Ferguson scored twice and Mark Aveyard and Gary Boldy also netted in a 4-1 win at Chellow Reserves.

Wyke Wanderers won their 11th straight league game in Division 3B, but they have another 13 matches to play and they could rue the three points they lost for a rule infringement.

Wayne Jones, Gareth Harrison and Andy Beckwith scored as Wyke won 3-1 at George & Dragon, a result that moved them up to sixth place.

Holme Wood Athletic won again with Andy Moulden, Luke Wilcock and Mark Warren taking them to a narrow 3-2 win at Prince Arthur.

Rosse were 3-1 winners over Bradford Celtic and Wyke beat White Swan 1-0.

Lithuanian Rovers went back to the top of Division 4A with a win against Bradford Park Avenue Rangers.

The visitors led 3-0 at half-time but Rovers turned it round with Geoff Ashton (2), Emmanuel Hannay, Chris Hannay and John Gilbody scoring in a 5-3 success.

Rovers go back to the top because Heaton United suffered their first league defeat 4-1 to Bangladeshi Youth.

BMS Autocentres scored seven without reply at home to Napoleon and the pick of them came from old stager Lawrence Gadsby.
