Craven Athletic 0 Stanbury Park Rangers 5 - Title contenders were in opposition in this Match of the Day and both teams had chances to score in the opening minutes.

Andy Grange broke the deadlock as Stanbury took control of the game. Their pace and precision passing left the home team's defence in disarray, and they were rewarded with a further goal after 15 minutes with Simon Thompson on target. Craven missed two golden breakaway chances and in the second period a combination of Craven stepping up a gear, while the visitors seemed to take their foot off the gas, saw Craven come more into the game.

Stanbury continued to play delightful football and created more chances. They scored three more with Andy Grange and Thompson each scoring their second goal. Ben Furness chipped in with another to give his side a resounding victory.
