Former pupils and staff of St Mary's School at Riddlesden are being invited to a farewell exhibition.
The school leaves its present site in St Mary's Road this summer under Bradford Council's education shake-up from a three to two-tier schools system.
Anyone with past links to the school is invited to go along to the building on June 10 for an exhibition of old photographs and memorabilia. Lunches will be served. All the school's 289 pupils will be preparing special displays for the event.
St Mary's, which has been in St Mary's Road since the early 1860s, is to move to the Grange Middle site.
Head teacher Eileen Jackson said: "There will be a great deal of sadness as the school vacates the site and a few tears will be shed. We have a very historic building and my hope is that it will be retained in some way.
"We thought it would be nice to celebrate the history of the school and we want to involve those who have been part of St Mary's in the past. It would
be lovely if as many former pupils and members of staff as possible could join us on June 10."
The school would also like to hear from anyone with old photographs or memorabilia they would be prepared to loan. St Mary's can be contacted on (01535) 603038.
