Dean Saunders has pinpointed his former team-mate Dwight Yorke as the main danger when Bradford City entertain Manchester United on Saturday.
The Bantams stage their most glamorous game of the season when the Premiership leaders and European Cup holders arrive at Valley Parade. The game sold out within hours of tickets going on sale in September.
Yorke burst back into form just two weeks ago when he grabbed a hat-trick in the 3-1 victory over Derby at Old Trafford and notched further goals against Fiorentina and Leicester.
Saunders, who played with the Trinidad & Tobago star at Aston Villa, believes Yorke is the man City need to keep a close eye on.
He said: "I played with Dwight at Villa but in those days he was playing mainly on the left or maybe behind the front two.
"Dwight had a lot of ability then but he has kept improving. His attitude is superb. I always felt he had a chance of going all the way because of that.
"It is sometimes hard to say how someone will do when a player is younger. You wonder how far Robbie Blake will go.
"He has the ability and you know he will get on in his career but you don't know just how far he can go.
"Dwight always had the best chance because of his attitude. When he trains, he does it for a reason - to improve. He was always asking questions about how to improve his game.
"He was great to play with. Manchester United have a lot of very good players but Dwight is someone, providing he plays, who will always be a danger."
Yorke's goal at Filbert Street was his 15th Premiership strike of the season with his scoring exploits in the past two weeks reviving a season which had seen him suffer a goal famine.
The 29-year-old's last goal before the hat-trick against Derby was his first since netting against City at Old Trafford where United chalked up a 4-0 victory. The game was transformed when Yorke and Andy Cole came off the bench in the last 16 minutes.
