A memorial fund is to be set up for the two Leeds United fans murdered in Turkey.
Kevin Speight, landlord of the Bay Horse in Town Street, Farsley, and Christopher Lofthouse were stabbed to death before Leeds' away game with Galatasaray on April 6.
Club secretary Ian Silvester said Leeds United had shelved any discussions about a tribute to the two men until after their funerals, which took place last week.
Club president Lord Harewood, chairman Peter Ridsdale, manager David O'Leary and goalkeeper Nigel Martyn joined an estimated 800 mourners at Mr Speight's funeral.
Mr Silvester said: "We are looking at possibly starting some form of fund to help their families.
"We had to give time for the funerals to take place and then for the families to settle down - but we are starting to think about it now and will be taking into account the needs of the families, as well as talking to them. The club was of the opinion that something needs to be done.
"Supporters have been sending in money to us to pass on to the families. There should be an announcement in the next couple of weeks."
Turkish police have arrested two more men in connection with the deaths.
They have been charged on suspicion of supplying the knives used to stab the two men. It is unclear if they are alleged to have been involved in the stabbing.
Four men have already been charged with murder.
