In the Fourth Division Pendle Forest III reached 55-4 at home to Cowling and Keighley Tech were struggling on 43-6 at home to Denholme when the weather called a halt to play.
Gargrave were left champing at the bit after they dismissed visitors Airedale for 22 in 19.4 overs, but were denied the chance of a quick dash for the points.
